5 free gifts for your child.

1- MEMORIES: Fill their life with memories of fulfilling, happy moments, of quality time. Celebrations, surprises, calm moments, hide and seek, times shared with family and friends.

2- TIME: Quality time. Devoting time and conscious presence is the most valuable thing we can give to our children. Turn off the phone, set it aside, and pay full attention. It's not only good for your child but also for you. Observing their laughter, their gaze, their sigh, their gaze to the sky, their innocent face. These are moments that pass by and never return. Let's become aware of how fortunate we are.

3- NATURE WALKS: Explore, walk, talk. They don't need much more. The day can improve greatly for the whole family as long as you leave the house and breathe fresh air, soak up the sun, and rest in the shade.

4- COOKING TOGHETHER: It's shared quality time. Cooking for ourselves (whatever it may be) is also a way of giving ourselves love. Beyond all the work in the kitchen: motor skills, patience, dealing with frustration, reasoning, etc., it's an act of love.

5- CREATE TRADITIONS: Transforming into a plan an everyday act like watching a movie, reading stories on the floor with cushions, eating something delicious. Let them prepare it together, create anticipation, and have fun together in a plan for everyone. For example, family movie night: plan, choose the movie, prepare something tasty, and set the scene: cushions on the floor, everyone together in bed. Whatever brings them well-being and fun.

We hope this adds value for you, it was very good for us to write it. This blog doesn't intend to preach "we must," "we have to," or point fingers, but rather to reflect, rethink habits, and sometimes serve as a reminder.
